Competition Terms & Conditions (ACTU/ASU Exit Survey 2023)
- The purpose of this prize draw is to promote participation in the Australian Services Union (ASU) survey. The Promoter is the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, trading as the Australian Services Union (‘the ASU’) (ABN: 28 519 971 998 ) 116 Queensberry Street, Carlton South VIC 3053, contactable on +61 3 9342 1400 ("Promoter").
- The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 12th September 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 1st October 2023.
- Entry is only open to those that have received an email survey invitation, aged 16 years or older, who submit a complete response to this survey, which is being conducted by the ACTU on behalf of the Promoter. Only one entry is allowed per person.
- Employees of the Promoter, the ACTU, and their family members are not eligible.
- Entry into the promotion is free, however, to enter, respondents must fully complete the online survey during the Promotional Period.
- People completing the survey will automatically be entered in the draw to win one of 5 individual prizes of $100 with a total prize pool of $500.
- The prize will be delivered via email and is not transferable.
- The draw will take place on Thursday, 5 October 2023 at 11am at 365 Queen Street, Melbourne. Entrants are not required to attend the draw.
- Following the draw, winners will be notified by email by 12th October 2023, and the winners’ names will be published on Promoters website by 20th October 2023. If a prize is unclaimed within two weeks of notification, the winner will forfeit their claim to a prize, and Professionals Australia reserves the right to draw another name.
- Given the prize pool total and the nature of this draw as a trade promotional lottery, no permit is currently required for any of the Australian jurisdictions; the draw will be conducted in compliance with all relevant legislation.
