We are committed to empowering LGBTIQA+ workers and advancing the issues that impact the community. Now is the time to continue to stand up and fight back and win real workplace equality, security and safety for all LGBTIQA+ workers.

We can’t build a just and fair society for everyone whilst LGBTIQA+ workers are treated differently. They have the same right to happiness and to have their loving committed relationships treated equally.

We stand up and fight for all workers because equality is union business.
