After the consideration period, voting will commence online on 1 July 2015 and close at 4pm on 6th July 2015, at least that is timetable that the company have told us they are working to.
Although you have already voted in the ASU process you must vote again in the formal Fair Work Commission – we urge you to vote YES to approve the agreement.
If a majority of staff who vote approve the agreement then it will be submitted to the Fair Work Commission for approval. That process can take up to 6 weeks but rest assured we will be fast tracking this process as best we can.
Once the EBA is approved then the company will pay the back pay that is owing to staff for the pay period from 1 July 2015.
