Staff at Thai Airways now have the opportunity to negotiate a new EBA for 2016
Your Agreement has now expired and Thai Airways have indicated an intention to commence bargaining.
The ASU is default bargaining representative for members and we are interested in knowing what you want for your new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
A survey is open to all employees and is your opportunity to identify issues for the negotiations and get the best deal for everyone.
All responses are confidential and the survey closes on 22 July 2016.
You can fill in the survey online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ThaiAirways2016
A new agreement will cover your wages and conditions like redundancy entitlements, performance management, sick leave and annual leave.
The Australian Services Union deploys legal expertise to negotiate agreements for staff at employers such as Jetstar, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Menzies Aviation, Air New Zealand, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qantaslink and Toll Dnata.
The ASU would love to hear your issues, so we can represent the views of staff to Thai Airways.
Survey available online here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ThaiAirways2016
A copy can also be distributed locally by representatives in your state.
