If Qantas genuinely wants a reset with staff and customers, it can start by ensuring the workers feel respected and valued by their employer.
If Qantas wants high quality staff to deliver premium airline services, it needs to pay for high quality professionals to do the work.
The ASU has a plan to make Qantas a better place to work. If you want to be part of that plan, join online here: www.asu.asn.au/asujoin.
The ASU will support individuals affected by the “secondments” scheme to recover their full entitlements. If you were wrongly “seconded” to a full time role, contact your local organiser.
