Flight Centre wants to make changes to your wages and conditions through a new Flight Centre Agreement. The agreement would include things like base pay, rosters, sick leave and annual leave.

The Australian Services Union (ASU), the union for travel consultants, will be part of the negotiations of the new Flight Centre Agreement on behalf of members, representing the changes members want to see.
ASU? What?
Unions are workers who join together to improve their wages and working conditions.
The ASU is made up of travel industry professionals just like you. Our members work in Flight Centre, Student Flights, Helloworld, QBT, Webjet, Qantas Airways, Jetstar, Virgin Australia, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, and a host of other travel companies.
